What is Involved?

This unique diagnostic tool has been developed alongside successful entrepreneurs who understand the importance of an in-depth knowledge of the 5 key points to enable a business to succeed. It allows business owners the opportunity to get a powerful and incisive snapshot of the business when benchmarked against business-key performance areas that are the cornerstone for any thriving organisation.

We understand that many business owners work in isolation and struggle to know where to start when trying to grow their business. Through undertaking the 5 point Business Diagnostic we are able to identify the priority areas that need focus, energy and resources.

By identifying the business critical areas, business owners will have the information and motivation to implementing a Growth Plan. The Growth Plan is document that we devise from the results of the 5 point diagnostic and in consultation with the business owner to help the business to maximise growth potential and goals in an agreed time frame.

With the majority of businesses who undertake the in-depth diagnostic it is usually held over 3 half day sessions with the client and the core team. Together we explore what the barriers to growth could be through understanding the current situation as it stands, where it needs and aspires to be and what will need to be the priorities.

There is no catch when undertaking the diagnostic, we just ask those involved to come with an open mind, a commitment to share what 'they' believe to be the strengths, the weaknesses, the opportunities and the threats to the business. It is not a SWOT session per say, it is a series of questions and discussions to define the barriers and or the potential so we can best advise.

Some clients get all they need from these sessions and others use it to make a judgement as to decide if further help and support from a qualified coach is required.

Working throughout the north of England we provide advice to SME businesses on growth strategies and develop and deliver integrated scopes of support that ensure a return on investment (ROI). We also advise on workforce development, access to finance, bid writing and tendering support.
